Work by Edward Aldrich

We have been working with artists, galleries, and collectors for 25 years. We specialize in closed-corner, handmade frames, as well as, restoration, gilding, hand wood carvings, wood veneers, painted finishes, custom float & seamless frames, and custom matting. Our typical turnaround time is between three and four weeks.

We are able to create custom styles, looks, and custom finishes, specific to an individual artist’s work or an individual’s artistic preferences, bringing out continuity and uniformity in the art.

We try to meet all your framing needs and strive to help individuals understand what he or she is buying and why. For restorations, only a Master Framer can determine if a frame is restorable or not. Some old frames are beyond fixing, usually because of wood rot, but we will definitely look into any frame or project you bring to our attention.

Will Mallett and his son, Lee, have been producing closed-corner art frames in the Lakewood, Colorado, area for over 20 years; with our high-quality finishes, reliable, service, and attention to detail, we strive hard to meet all of our Artist’s needs as best we can.

We currently have frames all over the globe in homes, galleries, and museums, including the Denver Art Museum and the Metropolitan Art Museum in New York.

We would love to be able to assist you with all your fine art framing needs. Because everything we do is handmade, it takes a little longer than those other guys. If we can do what you need, and you have any questions or comments, please contact us. We look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
